Immutable's IMX staking goes live on June 19 with Immutable zkEVM, launching a new staking round every two weeks. Users must trade NFTs in the Immutable zkEVM marketplace to qualify for participation. The total rewards for IMX are composed of 20% withdrawn by Immutable from the 2% protocol fee of each NFT transaction, distributed according to the total amount staked and the duration. Additionally, the last staking period for Immutable X will also end on the same day, at which point rewards will be distributed, and all staked IMX will be unstaked and returned to users' Wallets. After that, users will no longer be able to stake on Immutable X.
