NEW VIDEO:

Although I have been a convinced Bitcoiner for almost a decade, I see more and more problems that bring me closer to a larger sale of my holdings. In this video, I discuss three central issues of Bitcoin that, in my opinion, are not discussed enough.

First, it is about the adoption paradox: The people who need Bitcoin the most often cannot afford it. The people who could significantly invest do not need Bitcoin because they live in functioning currencies or use other hedges like real estate, gold, or stocks.

Secondly, I highlight the increasing institutionalization through Bitcoin Spot ETFs and companies like MicroStrategy. This shows that many large investors are buying Bitcoin not for its fundamental properties such as censorship resistance or peer-to-peer payments, but as a pure speculative asset, which poses risks in the long term.

Thirdly, I address the ongoing dominance of altcoins. Despite years of evidence that they have no long-term value, they continue to tie up capital and attention that should actually benefit Bitcoin.

This video is aimed at everyone who sees #Bitcoin not just as speculation, but wants to understand the long-term developments.
