The Sui Foundation announced funding projects for January to February, focusing on developer experience and ecological innovation.
The Sui Network Foundation announced the list of funding projects for January and February this year. A total of 12 projects received funding during these two months, aimed at promoting the integration and development of the Sui ecosystem. Among them, 8 projects focus on optimizing the developer experience, covering various aspects from building a robust integrated development environment (IDE) to using zk-SNARKs to protect user information.
An open-source Sui Dart SDK supports the development of cross-platform applications using the Dart language, providing developers with new options. The ZeroAuth project aims to extend the application scope of zkLogin, offering a consistent API across multiple platforms, making it easier to integrate zkLogin functionality into various products.
A team is developing a web-based Move IDE aimed at providing Sui developers with a convenient programming environment and long-term technical support, with features expected to rival the popular Solidity IDE Remix. Another team has developed the Sui Kiosk Indexer system, which simplifies access to and parsing of Kiosk-related data through an API.
Nimbus is a personalized portfolio tracker that integrates data from multiple platforms, providing Sui users with a comprehensive view of their assets and DeFi configurations. The SuiMove Linter tool is specifically designed for analyzing Move source code, helping developers identify potential issues.
A certain DeFi platform is developing an automatic rebalancing feature to improve the experience for liquidity providers through dollar-cost averaging and automatic swapping. Suilette, as a decentralized lottery protocol, will provide funding support for various activities and services in the Sui ecosystem.
The gaming industry has also seen innovation, with an anti-cheat system using self-learning capabilities to prevent hacking and exploitations. The Reclaim protocol utilizes zk-SNARKs to make HTTPS traffic verifiable, opening up new possibilities for applications such as privacy protection and identity verification.
In addition, there are projects such as a real-time auction platform for physical goods and an SDK that helps game developers establish in-game Web3 marketplaces that received funding.
The Sui Network Foundation encourages all projects that contribute to the development of the ecosystem to apply for funding. Applicants are required to submit a detailed proposal, including project plans, budget breakdowns, key milestones, team expertise, and potential impacts on the Sui community.
