PancakeSwap surpasses Tether with 24.6 million USD in revenue thanks to a trading boom of 10 billion USD

According to data from DeFiLlama, PancakeSwap earned $24.6 million in transaction fees on July 17, surpassing Tether (19.9 million USD), becoming the highest revenue-generating platform in the crypto industry in the last 24 hours. This is the second highest revenue day in the history of this DEX, only after the $31.2 million mark on May 19, 2021. Trading volume on PancakeSwap exceeded $10 billion – a 4-year high – accounting for nearly half of all DEX transactions in the entire market.
