Golden Finance reported that the digital asset investment platform Jarsy raised $5 million in a Pre-Seed round of financing led by Breyer Capital, with participation from Karman Ventures and several angel investors. Jarsy officially announced its launch on Thursday, aiming to provide retail investors with tokenized shares of private company stock. Jarsy stated that it plans to use the funds for new product development and to strengthen its compliance measures.
